February 10: ISFIT Day 6!

We had a very beautiful day today. Although the ski was cancelled (I was so sad, really sad, cause I never play ski in my life, haha it supposed to be my first encounter with snow) but we had some great activities in Samfundet. Actually, ISFIT has arranged the schedule for us to play ski for long time but the weather was not good in Trondheim for the past few days, so we couldn’t play it. Sledding in the frozen snow in my imagination... a little bit disappointed. Never mind :) Maybe someday, I have to go back in winter, so I can play ski. Haha My host family invited me to play ski actually, but the schedule in ISFIT was so tight, so we have no time (I’ll tell you later). Okay, back to this day.

The major of Trondheim, Rita Ottervik opened the day, gave us a speech. The marching band from Trondheim was great, they makes our morning become wonderful by their performance.  We had also a “new group” for today. I had new friends from China, Philipines, Azerbaijan, Kazakhtan etc. It was so wonderful. We played everything today. Hi Ha Hu, ISFIT game as usual. The winner from each group will compete in the final. 

We had a city sightseeing also, I enjoy so much. But, we had to do some tasks while we had tour. We are led by new workshop leader. New friends, new family. Cathedral Trondheim, Nidaros, one of famous places in Trondheim. We’re going there, together with our new group. We have to take photos near this church, and other landmarks (most of the tasks is taking selfie photos:p)  

I got lost in the way, so I am separated with my group. I joined my workshop group (most of them aren’t in their group, so we made new group, GOVERNANCE GROUP: GROUP 50 :P)

We’re going to Bakklandet! The colourful houses in Trondheim, unique and beautiful.

According to some resources, Bakklandet lies on the east side of the river Nidelva between Bakke Bridge and the Old Town Bridge. The area is dominated by small, wooden houses and narrow streets. It is among the major tourist attractions in the city. You should go here, if you're in Trondheim:)
