Kelas klinik hukum di LBH Jakarta di semester ini menyenangkan sekali. Baru 2 minggu kami menjalani kelas praktik disana dan banyak sekali hal-hal yang sangat menyenangkan dan membuat semakin bersemangat. So excited:) Semoga ke depannya semakin 'lebih' lagi:) Sebut saja, Rabu, 9 Oktober 2013 kemarin setelah pagi hari saya ikut menemani Bang Arif, Bang Joge, dan Bang Ichsan menerima pengaduan dari karyawan Rumah Sakit  di Jakarta, sebut saja X, yang mengalami merger atau akuisisi (saya belum terlalu tahu tentang kasus ini) dan 5 orang perawat sana ingin meminta PHK. Rumah Sakit tersebut sudah membuat suasana bagi para pekerjanya tidak nyaman sehingga 'seolah-olah' mengarahkan agar mereka mengundurkan diri, tapi tentu mereka tidak mau (karena akibat hukum jika mereka mengundurkan diri dan PHK berbeda berdasarkan UU Ketenagakerjaan) sehingga mereka memilih meminta di PHK (Hak-hak mereka akan lebih baik jika mereka di PHK -->Pasal 163 ayat 1 UU no 13 tahun 2003.
