South East Asia/East Asia Regional Conference on Ethical Recruitment and Policy Harmonization in Fishing Industry.

Mendapat tugas negara di negeri ginseng, saya sangat menikmati pekerjaan di Seoul Korea, akhir Agustus lalu. Saya bersama Rozi dari Satuan Tugas Pemberantasan Penangkapan Ikan Secara Ilegal (Satgas 115), Republik Indonesia, Pak Richard Kementerian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia dan mas Rizky dari Serikat Buruh Migran Indonesia (SBMI) menghadiri South East Asia/East Asia Regional Conference on Ethical Recruitment and Policy Harmonization in Fishing Industry. ASEAN Workshop on Human Trafficking and Forced Labor in the Fishing Industry

Government of Indonesia, through Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, in collaboration with IOM Indonesia, Indonesian National Police, and ASEAN Secretariat initiated “ASEAN Workshop on Human Trafficking and Forced Labor in the Fishing Industry” which was held on 15-16 August 2016 in Jakarta. It has to be remembered that behind the seafood that we eat everyday, lies sweat, tears, and hard works of our fishermen. HSU under the auspices of ASEAN SOMTC of ASEAN Member States, fisheries, labor and immigration authorities of ASEAN Member States during those two days discussed about the licenses, recruitment and placement system, remediation, and the last but not least how to ensure ethical production of supply chain in the fishing industry. Tax and Economic Crime Workshop, Agustus 2016

Satgas Pemberantasan Penangkapan Ikan Secara Ilegal (Illegal Fishing) / Satgas 115, Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, Government of Norway menginisiasi mengadakan Tax and Economic Crime Workshop, mengenai kejahatan perpajakan di bidang perikanan. Selain mengidentifikasi masalah perpajakan di bidang perikanan juga dibentuk rekomendasi tindak lanjut penanganan masalah perpajakan bidang perikanan di Indonesia.   Hadir juga PPATK, KPK dalam acara ini. Database yang terintegrasi, up to date, real time, koordinasi antar lembaga KKP, Hubla, DJP, DJBC, PPATK, KPK, Kepolisian, TNI AL, Bakamla, dan lainnya menjadi penting dalam rangka pertukaran informasi yang tidak lain untuk memberantas kejahatan perikanan itu sendiri, serta menggali potensi penerimaan negara yang lebih lagi dari sektor perikanan.  Terus berjuang Indonesia!
